Deutsche Fassung der Interview Bedingungen
- Du erklärst Dich bereit, meine Fragen in einem Interview zu beantworten, das dann auf meinem Blog PANELWALKER veröffentlicht wird. Mit Deinen Antworten erklärst Du Dich ausdrücklich mit der Veröffentlichung Deiner Antworten auf meinem Blog einverstanden.
- Das Interview kann sowohl persönlich als auch per Email erfolgen.
- Du gewährst mir das einfache, zeitlich und räumlich unbeschränkte Recht, Deine Antworten im Rahmen meines Blogs zu nutzen, zu vervielfältigen, zu verbreiten und öffentlich zugänglich zu machen.
- Ich behalte mir das Recht vor, das Interview zu redigieren, um es für meine Leser besser lesbar zu machen. Dabei werde ich natürlich darauf achten, Deine Aussagen korrekt und entsprechend Deinen Absichten wiederzugeben.
- Der Text wird in deutscher Sprache veröffentlicht. Vor der Veröffentlichung sende ich Dir den endgültigen deutschen Text und ggf. eine mit einer Standard-Übersetzungssoftware (z. B. DeepL) erstellte englische Übersetzung zur Überprüfung und Freigabe zu. Korrekturen und Ergänzungen sind möglich und sollten innerhalb von 6 Wochen nach Übermittlung erfolgen.
- Ich werde Dir den geplanten Veröffentlichungstermin des Interviews mitteilen.
- Ich werde Deine personenbezogenen Daten nur im Zusammenhang mit der Veröffentlichung des Interviews und in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Datenschutzgesetzen (insbesondere der DSGVO) verwenden. Eine weitere Verwendung ist NICHT beabsichtigt und bedarf Deiner gesonderten, vorherigen Zustimmung.
- Du kannst Deine Einwilligung jederzeit vor der Veröffentlichung schriftlich widerrufen. Eine E-Mail an mail@panelwalker.de reicht hierfür aus. Nach der Veröffentlichung ist ein Widerruf nur mit meiner Zustimmung möglich.
- Du bist allein für die Richtigkeit und Rechtmäßigkeit Deiner Angaben verantwortlich. Ich übernehme keine Haftung für etwaige Rechtsverstöße in den Antworten.

- You agree to answer my questions in an interview, which will then be published on my blog PANELWALKER. By providing your answers, you expressly agree to the publication of your answers on my blog.
- The interview can be conducted in person or by email.
- You grant me the simple, temporally and spatially unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute and make your answers publicly available on my blog.
- I reserve the right to edit the interview to make it more readable for my readers. In doing so, I will of course take care to reproduce your statements correctly and in accordance with your intentions.
- The text will be published in German. Before publication, I will send you the final German text and, if applicable, an English translation created with standard translation software (e.g. DeepL) for review and approval. Corrections and additions are possible and should be made within 6 weeks of submission.
- I will inform you of the planned publication date of the interview.
- I will only use your personal data in connection with the publication of the interview and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (in particular the GDPR). Any further use is NOT intended and requires your separate, prior consent.
- You may revoke your consent in writing at any time prior to publication. An email to mail@panelwalker.de is sufficient for this purpose. After publication, revocation is only possible with my consent.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your information. I accept no liability for any legal violations in the answers.
